How do you make your hair less visible when you are wearing hair extentions?

I got 18'; hair extentions, but I can totally tell were my hair is. Maybe its not that bad, but I think it is. I have hair to like my shoulders and my hair extentions go to my elbows. I curl my extentions because my hair is pretty wavy, but you can totally still see my hair. What do i do? do I need a new haircut? should I get shorter extentions? more extentions? How do you make your hair less visible when you are wearing hair extentions?
Well, first off, hair to ones elbows is much longer than most people have so that makes it suspect of being artificial anyway. I would recommend you go to a stylist who is familiar with working with extensions to give you a cut and style that blends the two. Tell her your concerns and see what she recommends. How do you make your hair less visible when you are wearing hair extentions?
more extensions to put just on the side of your crown it should cover your own and but yet you still wont see where it is put in
comb it together
I have to agree. Your natural hair is too short for the 18'; extensions you have in.

Your best bet would be to have them trimmed down to about 9';, so that it appears more natural and will be less heavy on your hair.

You should note that the heavier the tracks are, the more damage you will do to your natural hair, due to the glue/bond pulling in a downward motion (gravity) all the time.

Take a trip to a good stylist who can style it into that awesome hair style you're looking for!

Good luck and I wish you well.
Your actual hair is just too short to blend with the extensions. A haircut will make it worse, shorter ones will still look the same, and more extensions will be a waste of money..Just let it grow...
first you have to put the bottom layer on a tiny bit of your hair.

kinda like that.

if u section it make it a very thin layer and then back comb and clip. depending on how many set of clips you have this can all vary. keep sectioning your hair all the way up and placing the layers in

the very last layer should go on a top row of your head.

there should be a thick enoguh layer overlaying it that u cannot tell you have them in. but they should be hiigh enough that they look like there coming out of hair and dont start chunky. back comb and place.

back comb the top overlayer of your hair to add extra coverage.
