i will only be using them for special ocassion to curl my hair.


the ones at sally are all 30-100 dollars.


i dont want to spend that much,

Hot topic sells colored ones, if not you could check ebay.


I do believe wal-mart sells some as well, Sally's does have the best quality but you're right the prices are pretty outrageous.
