Hair extentions?

I have medium brown hair but I want long blond hair with black and red streaks, (kinda like avril lavigne). I know I need Extentions but how much does that cost and how long will it last?Hair extentions?
Stay away from the white girl salons with their high prices and cheap looking work.

You would be surprised how many non-black women are happy having their extensions done at a salon that specializes in black hair care. And they don't charge nearly as much as the white salons do.Hair extentions?
I had hair extension where they glue the wefts in, regular extensions that are attached with hot glue, and also braided in. All three times I regreted it and all three times the lady doing the work said this kind won't ruin your hair. Guess what? They all lied and I wasted over 3000 dollars. Each time my hair broke off, got severely damaged and I had to cut it shorter than It was to begin with. My advice, run!! Instead of spending so muchon something that will wreck your hair, you can get real expensive hair and bath products and just spoil yourself and concentrate on getting the hair you do have very healthy.
It depends on what type of hair extntions!
make sure you go to a '; black girls'; salon so you don't get a messed up hair weave and ask for prices!! they do good work!!
depends, extensions can last a long time provided your hair doesnt reject the extensions and with matenaince

they cost different prices, look in the hairstores for the color that you want or go to a salon and tell them what u want they will tell u what u need to do and how much it will cost. Blazenphoenix has a point about going to salons that know what they are doing when putting in extensions. it also depends on how long your hair is to begin with and how long u want it to be, how long it will take to put the extensions in
Depending on the type of hair and length of hair you choose to purchase, it can run you from $175 to over $500 just for the hair alone. If you are having it applied the ';right'; way, utilizing corn rows... (which by the way hurts like anything and will give you a total appreciation to the ladies who can wear their hair this way... they are tough ladies!) can run up to about $250 to $500 as well... maybe even higher. Yes, the finished product is always beautiful... I am just amazed at what we all do to ourselves- just to look good. Myself included! I have never tried the 'gluing' technique, so I am not sure on the price, but I have heard that it is very bad for your hair. I would imagine that there are pros and cons to this though. My extensions lasted for 5 to 6 weeks before I had to have them re-braided. Be sure you check around for someone who knows what they are doing, as you could end up with severe hair loss from the hair extension procedures.Good luck to you.
i found you a web site .i hope it helps.other wise just pop into your hairdressers and ask,Lucinda Ellery London UK Hair Extensions

www.lucindaellery.com - Profesionally applied and garanteed hair extensions human and synthetic hair.
well, first i would suggest dying your hair blonde. Keep in mind you can't just go from medium brown (a 7) to a light blonde (an 11) in one day. You need to SLOWLY go into being blonde or you will end up brassy and yellow - just icky.

Extensions are expensive. Go make an appt. for a consultation. You MUST go to a professional who has done it before. ( I have seen it done by a professional and the woman looked like she had a mullet. )

The stylist will have to cut your hair to blend with the extensions. Then once all of that is in, you can put in the highlights... well, color-lights .

If you dont want to look trashy, go to a well known, upper class salon. Dont just have a friend do this one. As for how long will it last, thats up to how to take care of your hair. Speak to your stylist.
