How long do cheap hair extentions stay in your hair?

I want extensions for a performance coming up, but for like only a weekend. And after that, I would like to take it out. I was planning to buy the hair extensions from walgreens or something that comes with the glue.

if your plan on doing a performance you might be sweaty enough to wash out the extensions the same night if you don't use a lot of glue. Or you can also try one of those bond glue removers they work easier than just shampoo and won't pull out your hair as much. Be careful!How long do cheap hair extentions stay in your hair?
if you get the extent ions to blend with your hair co lour and thickness they'll be fine. Remember they look more natural when just added in the back of the head for length.
You should get clip on ones. You can get them on ebay! I got some myself, and they come in really cool colours :D

I have professional extensions and can tell you this: of the 250-300 put in 3 weeks ago, I have lost over 100... Luckily, because I have so many, the ';bald'; spots aren't really that noticable to anyone but me. You will automatically 'lose' some of the extensions through normal wear and tear, some through styling, some just because... And if your hair is really healthy, (ie you don't use a lot of product, don't back-comb, etc.) you will be like me and lose them twice as fast as anyone else. If you're not keeping them long-term, I'd advise against it altogether. The hair is not like your natural hair (even if it IS natural hair). I have to spend over an hour every morning with a flat iron, since my extensions have more natural body than my natural hair. They don't tell you that on the packaging... Have you thought about the hair extensions that come as a clip? You can put your hair up and add the clip to it to get long tresses whenever you want. NO glue...
